Here are just a few simple reminders to help ensure a smooth transition back to school.

The Beach Party is coming! Join us June 5, 5-7pm for this fun annual event!

Please discuss appropriate bus behaviour with your child/ren to ensure that the remainder of the year is a success. It is important that your child/ren understand that riding the bus is a privilege not a right.

Each year, schools across the Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) host holiday markets, craft fairs, and exhibitions.

On Dec. 5 and 6, 16 senior boys’ basketball teams from across Simcoe County and as far away as Costa Rica will be ‘driving to the hoop’ in hopes of winning the 37th annual Collingwood McDonald’s Basketball Tournament.

On Dec. 10, students from Elmvale District HS, Georgian Bay District SS, Orillia SS, Stayner CI, and Twin Lakes SS will show their school spirit and the spirit of giving at the second annual North Simcoe Cup.

The Honourable Paul Calandra, Minister of Education, has shared a message for parents/guardians.

On Dec. 4, students from Georgian Bay District SS (GBDSS) will work together to cram a police cruiser as part of a community effort in support of the Georgian Bay Food Network.
